And we smell its fragrance
Before dawn breaks
And we marvel at the first dew
Before spring breaks
And the first blossoms are seen
Before we find each other
And feel our breath on one another
We lament
the crushing of petals
the falling darkness
the barrenness of autumn
And
Our separation
