Details should be worked in a story not thrown into the holes in the plot. One star story and that was being nice.

Or at the very least run it through any of the myriad online checkers. Even OpenOffice or MSO's built-in spelling and grammar check function would have picked most of the errors in this.
A great idea unfotunately let down by poor grammar, poor spelling and even worse prose.
The story is rushed and disjointed. There is little or no attempt at characterisation and no apparent thought of what the reader is actually reading.
If you're going to carry on with this then please slow down and think about what you are writing and why. Stick to the same tense and viewpoint from start to finish. It takes skill to blend past and present tenses in the same story and, I'm sorry to say, you just don't have it.
As my old writing mentor would say, over the top of his glasses... "Good outline, now go write the story."
