Click hereA torment of bitter memories
is all that remains
of the sweet words you laid
ever so carefully like precious
jewels at my feet.
The wind blows harshly now
scattering the blackened sands
darkened stones arise
covered in thorns
the pain ever so sweet
from a time of silvery words
to a time of blackened despair
the gilded walls tarnished,
the lock jammed,
and the key now lost
a heart that once followed
the tune of merry wondrous words,
sings in it's hallowed halls
a song of twisted screams.

I loved it. Many of our gardens die, in the silence of
lost love there are twisted screams.
