waves of sorrow crash upon the rocks below me

I hear their terrible sound

"want me"
but I stand above their storm
She's three thousand miles away

She loves another man

with the comment on the repetition, it works very well half of the time (in my opinion from 1st&2nd stanza) but becomes over-powering at the end. Liked it overall, though.
