This story describes a woman with no morals, no love for her husband, no concern about her marriage in fact we know next to nothing about her except she is a total slut who deserves to be in the gutter. Did she think about her husband at all? Was she worried about being found out? We don't know. I hate criticising an author but this is just a description of sex. There isn't a story. Maybe you could write a part 2 where she actually grows a conscience or where her husband discovers her cheating and we see some real emotion? Can only give a low score for the reasons given above.
