You came through for us again on this one. I enjoyed it and thanks from North Carolina USA.
Your improvement to write nice stories is distinctive. Thank you for good entertainment.

Nucleus
This is a 4 plus. You have really grown as an author. Your English skills and your storytelling have both gotten much better. Good for you and good for us.
Forget the language barrier for you tell a good story from imagination and hard work.

It certainly is a big plus to have Techsan as a consulting editor however you bring your interesting, honorable viewpoints of respect and directness to the issues of importance.

Lastly, it is also a plus that we get a glimpse of your country and its mechanics plus local colloquialisms which endear us to your story telling.

Credible work Author and what many of us look forward to.

With Very High Regard
Always quirky and strangely charming. Seems like our wintery amphibian is turning somewhat romantic on us. It was actually so sweet, I would have kissed you, that is if you were not a frog, and a male of course!... just kidding. It was a lot of fun! Give us more stories from “our little Scandinavian city” which became your staple….Perhaps even a good name for future book of a collection of your stories?
I have to admit that what first attracted me to your story was its title - I am a fan of the movie 'Four Weddings and a Funeral '. Then, when I got into the story, I liked the tone - a positive story about able people who are succeeding in their jobs and personal lives. Lastly, finding it set in a part of the world I know far too little about, was the icing on the cake. The nuggets of information about life in the northern parts of your country helped in adding colour to the story.
Thanks for an enjoyable tale. Hope to read more.
From a reader in the northernmost country of the United Kingdom.
Nearly incomrehensible dialogue and idiot grammar.
One of the worst !!
You did well. Though your hero took another man's wife, he was an ogre and a criminal and deserved same. No man could treat his wife like that and not expect her not to find someone else. He violated several of his wows! Like to love and honor? And you are jerk BillyTheger. I rather doubt that sports figures would respect or defend a man that continually beat his wife! Not if they knew the facts. Remember Mike Tyson? And there have been many others in the news.
Great story that appears to have it all. Erotica, suspense, adventure, and love an romance.
Also idiot Worncock was here !!
This is one of the most incomprehensible prattle I have ever encounter. Does the frog expects us to translate every sentence into English.
I liked the story a great deal, except for the pre-divorse sex. I can see the point, but this will always leave the question of what she will do while married.
That beats his innocent wife deserves every bad thing that happens to him!
I have read all of Winterfrog's yarns and he is my all time favorite here on Lit.
All Hail Winterfrog!! All Hail Winterfrog!!
You have to use very little common sense to know she didn't need or want to remain with the vaunted soccer star. If you think being a good soccer player allows you to abuse and terrorizing your spouse is okay you are demented. She made a good choice to leave but, the sleeping with the new man before legally filing documents to that the fact that she's filled for divorce and separating, doesn't help her image. It may give the appearance she was doing her husband wrong even if he was the abuser. She never filed complaints or documented the abuse and the public thought he was a hero being treated badly. I'm surprised that with the brain trust involved that they (Margaret her husband and the boss) would fall into that situation. That's the only biggest flaw I saw jump out at me in your story! In this day even the in the USA the NFL, MLB have made it clear players who abuse the spouses are punished in not by the legal authorities by the leagues. Even the media gets involved with spouse abuse. The police responding to domestic disturbances want to know if someone was hit or punched. They that those matters seriously now a days. If the threw a punch she'll be charged an removed in cuffs. Less not forget actors are highlighted for the same type of abuse but, since they are famous and want to keep clear of the notaraty they pay though the nose.
I THINK YOU WAY OVERPLAYED THE 'HATED BY EVERYONE' BIT, AS AN OPENING TO THE STORY. PLAYING THAT ANGLE WAS PURE BULLSHIT... LIKE A FALSE POLICE REPORT BY THE CHEATING SLUT THAT YOU JUST CAUGHT FUCKING HER CO-WORKER, AFTER YOU TOLD HER TO PACK HER SHIT AND GET THE FUCK OUT OF YOUR HOUSE.
so, instead of five, I gave it four stars.
are not uncommon anywhere in our known universe, TK U MLJ LV NV
I have never read a Winterfrog story previously, but I found it very interesting. I plan to read more. With only one decent story in LW in the past three days, there is plenty of time to find good older authors.
to read all of WF's stories but haven't found any that didn't entertain me. For those who complain about his lack knowledge of English sentence structure or expressions, try to broaden your thought horizons and see the world through the eyes of an auslander, (German for a person from another country). It is a small world with so much to see and learn.
Can't expect all great stories but do expect at least most to be entertaining
As others comments
Stilted and grammatical errors but expect that when dealing with translation or same language differences. Still love bumbershoot and umbrella and other words describing objects that show common language divisions
I don't think there's a WF story that even when the husband dumps the slut that its her fault.
