Got to say the promtion scene to Master Sereants got me. Great story, loved all the detail about the alerts and practice evaluations, frightening really.
I am unused to such high quality writing in this site. Well done indeed!
I love your work, but this one was in a class by itself! I could have done without the reminders of MOPP, though, although it wasn't bad when it was freezing outside.
Excellent. You may be charged for all the classified information disclosed! 😅 Easily 5 stars.
Very well written. As one USAF member to another, you’ve captured the flight line perfectly.
Well researched and credible. Thank you for explaining all the acronyms. Also, a beautiful story and well written.
Loved it! I spent a year at Kundan as part of that Army ADA unit a couple of years after this story is set, and it brought back some memories.
Brought back a lot of memories! I was on the flight line at Misawa in the early nineties. Probably a bit much detail on the flight line activities for the non-service members, but I liked it. AMMO! 4.6*
Another wonderful story with great characters! Loved the appearances by Josh, Don and Lanh.

Once agate you have hit a home run!! Wil there be a follow up story . Will Josh become involved with Wedge and Roxie? Can’t be any colder than Minot ND or South Korea in Buffalo NY. Lol
Superb, even to a non-military reader. Great characters, strong backstories. Very well-written- you have great talent. Very strong sense of place and time. Thanks for your time and effort.
Another great story. It feels like you must have served in the military in Korea because these stories feels so authentic. Thanks
So glad you finished this one. It was great to see my old friends sharing time with my new friends. An outlandish story with some realistic dialogue and action. You are really on your game!
Great story ! It was nice that you tied in Lanh and Don from your story We’re. Wonderful wife.
Outstanding story. Great sense of place with lots of authentic details that made the story really pop for me. My USAF time was spent on SAC and MAC bases in California, where the weather was considerably milder. Loved the MCs (other than the Lt, of course). Wish I could give more than 5*.
It was great to see your characters in a different way. MOPP felt all too familiar.
Loved it--never in the military, so enjoyed this view into non-"Top Gun" life on the flight line, and the camraderie (+romance) that happens when good people work together! Nicely told!
The first story of yours that I've read. Amazing!! I'll be reading more!!! 5 stars!!!!!
Wow. First time I’ve ever seen an essay in the comments section. I did try to read it but the lack of paragraphs and appropriate punctuation left me gasping for breath.
As to the wonderful tale above, loved it! The details and pace just seemed to give it authenticity. Great to have a simple romantic story without the drama of banned relationships etc that some try to include.
5 stars from me
I don't know, hooker to lesbian to the love of his life...? Hmmmm maybe. Well written, obviously with us veterans in mind. Not much actual romance though.
A-MAZING! A really excellent page turner that I couldn't put down. The USAF vet in me loved the authenticity of the story background, and the romantic in me loved their undeniable attraction. Sharing with my Ninotchka (look it up) is truly a pleasure!
- the main difference between a hooker and a ton (if not majority) of other women - especially modern - is when the hooker gets your money, she guarantees sex. With non-hookers, you spend on merely a chance for her to MAYBE sleep with you, if you're lucky and someone better doesn't come around. Yes, some women who do sex work, do it because they love fucking random men. Majority do it because they don't have any better way to make decent money. So as long as she stopped hooking genuinely (which the character in the story did), there's no problem. And she was just claiming to be a lesbian to put off predatory men - going back to my point that there's nothing wrong with her former job, she's not a slut.
Excellent read. It reflected some of my own experiences of military life. I began at a SAC base with BUFFS. Great experience for a "newbie". Wouldn't have traded it for anything.
I am not military, this portion was strong. The romance and intimacy was lacking.
Don't forget, Roxie was emotionally pushing Wedge away since they day they met, this is the story of how they overcame that emotional distancing and surrendered to their feelings.
Very well-written.
I have a serious question: is Sgt. Dawson deliberately named after actress Roxanne Dawson? (Best known as B'elanna Torres on ST: Voyager)
Great characters, good storyline, but I come to literotica for sex scenes at least as much as the story. There was way more about the details of being in the air force than there was porn. The best stories have a great balance of both.
Loved it, immersive, couldn't put it down. well written. Given the set and setting, the romance and sex felt appropriate, characters were well developed and had emotional depth and pathos. If I could give it more than 5 ⭐ I would. The only thing I bumped on was the Space Force bit given the time jump and relative ages of the folk involved. That is to say I would have expected them to have children sooner than the late 2010s which would have made them wait for 15-20 years.
I always have a soft spot for technical (in the broader sense) military personnel! that story made me immersing into it even though I am not always keen on AF jargon. Still I concur on all postive feedback underneath hope you get one of the prizes!
"I have a duce and a half ..."
Actually it is "a dEuce and a half"!
As in 'a large truck — that weighs two (a deuce) and a half tons.'!
