This story DEFINITELY needs another chapter...
Obviously with the damage she's done to him, there's no way she can't know it was him - somehow - next she sees him... But how either of them will react on that meeting... THAT'S the kicker...

I want more! There has to be another chapter. I hope you are continuing to write more of Abner's story. I also want to know more about Amber and Rebecca. What about the Institute and the future of his project? Please write more of this story.
This is one of those stories you forget have characters. They became relatable people that invited us in to share in their lives. We need to see more from these people.
Posibly the best story I hav read on this site. Not an origanal consept, but a very well writen and considerd story. Briliant. Can't waight for part 3.
Dammit!! Of all the rotten luck. To stumble on the start of an incredible series that isnt finished and likely never will be. Over a decade has passed since this was posted so I doubt highly it will ever be continued.
What a shame...what a god damned shame.
I strongly agree with the below statement. A 5+ turned into a 1-. A really great beginning cut off without reason.
