HOAs, the bane of homeowners everywhere...

Why was a single, divorced woman buying a McMansion for $800k+

And she pulled this stuff because the poor guy next door happened to 'look like' her ex-husband?

Laughed so hard, needs a bit of work in places but the situation comedy was priceless.

Enjoyed both the humor and romance. 5*

A great read.

Fun story that gave me few laughs. We had friends in the Ft. Myers area. Over 30 years, the McMansions have replaced the old Florida homes clear down to Estero. I wonder how they faired after the latest hurricane. We don't go down there anymore, to damn many snowbirds. Five stars, and thank you for it.
