Shimmering in the night sky.
Why the aloofness in your stare?

I'm told of the stories you hold
in all your mystical fullness.

How many hearts have you stirred?
How many dreams have you dashed?

How many starry eyed lovers
gazed your way wishing for you to stop.

you roam across the night time sky to
be the first to witness the morning sun.

As you leave with my hopes and dreams
my heart truely wishes you won't displease.
