Where My Rage Come From

My rage comes from the depths of my heart.
Years of anger swallowed down, that is being regurgitated.
The explosion is coming soon, but in which form. Will it be in the form of violence, bitterness, neglectfulness with distance to be uprooted by a deep hatred that fills my veins.
The notion of love draining, and being replaced with malice.
Straining to breath, to keep sanity and keep grounded, but beneath me the ground starts to crack, breathing becomes harder and my sanity vanishes.
Who is this person that I let out of my subconscious into the for front.
As my heart darkens, it takes me to thoughts of revenge full with the carelessness of others.
My belly and heart are too full to keep swallowing the anger and rage.
Soon I will choke and spilling out of me will be the years of taunting, belittling, bullying, degradation of my name, lies, deceit, misery, neglect, sheltering, self loathing, and hate. When my rage comes through, do not act surprise, because you are one of the finding fathers of it, and I will make sure my pain bleeds on you, just as you have bleed on me.
