This first part was taken from a much longer story I had already written, so no, the story is not over :) However I am giving it a good rewriting because my original just doesn't serve this duo justice.
Good story with lots of potential for a followup chapter. Shelley and Steve haven't talked about their relationship with each other or where they want it to go. With Steve going off to college and Shelly staying at home it seems like there isn't any mileage in their relationship.
Having been discovered by their Dad it seems unlikely that Shelly will be able to follow Steve and go to the same college as him or even accompany him to the college for a visit when he leaves.
Perhaps the author didn't intend to continue this story and the ending of the of story, with Dad discovering them, leaves it up to us to imagine the obvious ending where Shelley is forced to go to the local college and remain at home keeping her separated from Steve and thus not allowing their relationship to develop beyond a sibling one.
Hope that isn't the case and we get another chapter where Shelly and Steve's relationship is allowed to develop.
