Hello everyone, for my qualifications I have a bachelors degree and write technical reports for my job. I wish to offer my services as a alpha or beta reader for your stories. So if you are looking for a reader before you send to your editor or right after that is where I'll be most useful. There are others that are much more adept at full-scale structure and syntax editing than I am. I would say I specialize at grammar and punctuation for mechanics. My main skill I can offer is readability, and story/chapter structure as well as the prior mentioned mechanical advice. I can also help with brainstorming or if your just stuck. I also have experience in the realms of science, history, archaeology, and medicine. Please note, I work more than full-time, so this will be done in my own time. My average response is likely to be 2-5 days depending on length. Send a email with a brief introduction of yourself and your story. If it's a multi-part with more parts to come, please add where do you want it to go. I encourage you to take the time to run it through Grammarly, then run it through the Hemingway app, then run it through Grammarly again. This will help me and if you choose to have a main editor out immensely.
