Nice premise.
But the sex was too quick. It started too quickly, too abruptly. It got to cock in pussy too fast.
It finished too quickly. Needed slower sex. Needed much more foreplay than the little there was. Needed some involvement of her breasts. What they looked like. What they felt like. How sensitive they were because of the pregnancy.
Certainly needed some playing with her pussy and gentle fingering before the fucking began. Perhaps a little pussy licking because he was afraid of hurting her or the baby. Wow, what a great composition for such a short story. A brother and sister connect for a compassionate, loving and intimate, though incestuous coupling. One that I trust will continue, not only out of a duty to support the sister, but one that they both desire for the love they have discovered for one another. A Sibling's with Benefit's relationship that could continue even if one or both become involved with someone else. They could rendezvous remotely whenever possible, just as long as it doesn't affect their other relationship(s). You might consider such a relationship in a follow-up chapter.
