A clifthanger ? Well I cannot wait for the next part that you will publish.

You have a unique talent of being able to be perversely descriptive about some of the most warped and violent acts perpetrated on an individuals body and/or it’s parts which allows the reader to almost feel the effects of what the perpetrator was doing. While overtly violent and increasingly harsh, I cannot argue that it places your story on a totally different level than most of the other writers works. It’s worth five stars just for that fact although there are many reasons that this is worthy of five stars so I do wish it were possible to add additional stars since this story has never wavered from its original interest it has created in my mind. You just continue to escalate the desire to hang on until the very end to see how this entire whirlwind of events wraps up.

Came to this story for the delightful sex in the beginning chapters. Stayed because of the riveting story that has been created. Great chapter. Dark, malevolent, and understandably so. I know life gets in the way, but I am looking forward to future chapters, and some deserved reprieve for our "hero".

Dark, darker, darkest. Can't say you didn't warn us! We have all had a moment in our lives when we have felt wronged and powerless to right that wrong. My visceral reaction to this part of the story is because Pete has the power and the will to do what we can't. This is what great story telling is about. Letting us live the fantasy that is out of our living reach.

His family or his own apartment. I'm supposing it's Pete's (MC) family. Perhaps this explains their absence?

In the beginning it would have never occurred to me the story could become so dark. You have a vision, you articulate it in a way that is most compelling, and I'm happy to have the opportunity to read more.

I remember when this story was about the giddy rush of discovering the world (and yourself) was much more than you'd always thought it was. Now it's just a joyless chronicle of an asshole engaging in seemingly endless torture, with the installments coming out every few months, and barely progressing what remains of the story.

Lots of time describing the upcoming torture and then how to get into his mind, but very little advancement of the plot. Barely advanced other than he tortured him and we finally can see into the inquisitor.

The story is not looking for Toussant's team and who had sent them. I do like the story Keep it up.

What a fantastic cliffhanger! Well done on a really fun series.

Gave it 5 stars because the story has me hooked. But I have to say, I'm about done with the torture porn. Never liked the SAW series and similar movies, I don't like characters I'm invested in "doing what needs to be done" and becoming a bigger villain than the one they're supposedly hunting after.
