I just wanted to point out that I have noticed that many authors seem to feel that an inheritance of 1 to 2 million dollars is adequate to provide a substantial investment income. In this day and time one would be lucky to get a 5% return one's investment. It would be safer to count on no more than 3%. I think that in this case the invested amount was 2 million, which would gross about 60k a year. I would think that the family income would have been something greater than that. Bottom line is just raise the bottom line for your fictional families. Oh, I do enjoy your writing, I'm just not big into the whole dom/sub thing.
