Very nicely done. I am impressed with your 35 followers per story ratio, followers being the best measure of a writer's worth. That is maybe the highest ratio I have seen anywhere.
Nice new angle, the woman doesn't actually live there but her daughter does. Maybe the daughter and her friend will become part of it? Liked the woman's need for approval.
Will be interesting to see how things go once the women start having his kids.

Good story, but hated story with the bad cheating and babies steve needs to be caught by all husbands , and families leave mothers(bad ones) with dads the single dads find true love(no cheating) or they fix it all abort them or send them away living happy.and steve (in the story just in case )wonders around thinking and gets hit by speeding car and killed(driver free) and the husbands wives and families hear it on the news happy and laugh they didnt do just luck faith and all families are bigger by husbands. Again good story just hate bad cheating
Great story loving the new ideas. Howabout one where a wife swallows the landlord's seed and then moments after returning home her (asshole) husband deep kisses her.
Wow, yet another new angle on the old theme. Wasn’t sure about the dominant Susie, but she clearly has chinks in her armor. She actually needs Steve way more than he needs her, and in more ways than one. As Steve keeps adding the agreement participants he’s gonna need to cut them back to once a week each. That should cause a stir. Maybe with all their needy pussies he’ll be able to recoup that lost rent money by finding some guys willing to pay to help them out.
Not sure what’s up with the Anon who thinks this is a Good story but has problems with the bad cheating and babies. That is actually the entire story. That is like saying Star Wars is a good story but you hat all the stars and all the warring. At least they were not a grammar-nazi, as clearly English is their sixth language.

Having spent time in India, I get hard picturing a naked Amrita, but oh, that pidgin English dialogue is not good. Still, enjoying the series, and throwing an Asian tiger mom into it is a nice touch. 5
Susie is too dominating and demanding. Too complicated. And he caved pretty easily. Not really giving off alpha vibes sadly. Needs to assert dominance over these entitled bitches. He's doing them a fucking favour. They should be grateful. No one is forcing them. They are perfectly entitled to say no and enjoy a worse life that they brought on themselves with their prior shitty decisions (and yeah of course there's a luck factor but when isn't there). I swear man, women are never fucking happy.
