While a drunken girl may fall for the "I did it with my car, I'll take the blame" line, any half-assed investigation will show that the damage is on the wrong side of the car, wrong paint scrapes on the car down the block. And just how did he manage to hit the Mercedes in her driveway? Possibly a good story point later as she realizes that fucking him didn't help her situation and ultimately pointless.
While I enjoyed the showing off of "Watch me, a fat disgusting pig, fuck the cutest, sexy girl in town" to the mailman, its a little forced as the continuity errors abound.
Its definitely after 3 AM, at most 4 or 5, and a mailman is delivering the early morning newspaper? Maybe should have been a newspaper delivery boy/guy.
In addition, how many times does this mailman make deliveries in the neighborhood? To catch glimpses of her exiting the shower or sitting on the toilet would have to be at some other time of day, no?
And lastly, shadows on curtains only work in one direction, from the brighter side (in this case, inside the house) to the darker side (outside the house). If there could be shadows from both sides, there would need to be a bright light source on both sides. Each of those light sources would wash out the shadow of the opposite side.
The furniture alignment seems like it would also be a bit odd.

Well, if you're into guys really is not a good plot.
But for someone really into the "non consent" stuff I think it's even soft. The writer gave Kim the benefit of starting to enjoy it. I prefer when they don't like at all and just endure what's happening.
When I want something more "soft" I go to the "Loving wives" or "Romance" tabs. I am pretty sure you should do the same.
The "non consent/reluctance stories" should push the girls/women, or whatever you like, boundaries further and forced them to experiment unusual things and, on the side, give the chance for those not so fortunate to experiment the forbiden.
