Nothing wrong with the writing in general, could use more dialogue, one line of conversation or spoken word can convey more than a paragraph of narrative. But always remember to start a new paragraph with the change of a speaker.
The plot is OK if a little formulaic, but then again there's nothing really new anyway. I think the characters could be padded out a bit, we know the basics but not what really makes them tick, and that goes particularly for Janet. But that's a problem with the first person narrative: we get everything from one side and everybody else becomes rather two dimensional. It also seems like you're uncertain how the main character should react, should he be for or forced? He doesn't seem to be either and both, if that's what you intended, well done, but it leaves the reader a little confused. Again a bit more emotion wouldn't hurt.
I haven't read your previous story but if it's in the same vein just understand that cuckold stories, no matter how good or bad will get slammed in the loving wives category, the same as any story where the female goes outside the marriage and doesn't get burnt.
