20 year olds would not know who Daryl Hannah is. I barely know her and I'm 31. If you want to make these kind of references, you should be writing a period piece. It really takes me out of a story to read about young people with old man tastes.

At 31 you should know these two things, not all "old" people are as out of touch as you think we are and not all "young" people are as out of touch as you seem to be.
